In need of a quick vegetarian lunch?
Here ya go!
Cut some mushrooms and an onion into slices
Then cook the mushrooms and onion in a little bit of olive oil, and add some fresh sage for taste. Don’t forget, some salt and pepper.
Then, take two Wasa bread slices, put them on a plate, spread some cottage cheese on them, and on top of that add the cooked mushroom mixture.
To add some more protein, and fill you up a bit more, you can add a cooked egg with this.
So, now you have a quick, light, easy mini lunch with tasty mushrooms as main ingredient.
Surely better looking and tasting as these kind of mushrooms, that I found on a morning stroll with my dogs….
